The main difference between these searchlights lies in the orientation of the light flux. The luminous flux of search searchlights is inherently directed, allowing the light beam to reach distances of up to several thousand meters.

The most important task of the search search searchlight is to detect hazards in the vessel's direction of travel. These hazards include various wrecks, floating ice floes, reefs, rocks, sunken ships, etc.

The TG27 and TG27-B searchlights use 200W halogen lamps. They are installed on small and medium-sized vessels. The parts of the searchlight are made of non-magnetic AlMg3 alloy. All screws and quick locks are made of stainless steel. The reflector is made of anodized and mirror polished aluminum. The glass is tempered glass resistant to temperature changes. The floodlights are sealed with silicone and neoprene tubes. Protection class: IP56. The searchlight spread angle of the searchlight is 8°. In addition, the searchlight can be equipped with L-600 or L-1000 masts, and special masts can also be manufactured according to customer requirements. Operating temperature range: -40...+45°C. The TZ1-A marine searchlight is similar to the TG27-B model but with remote control. Rotation speed is 20°/sec in horizontal plane and 5°/sec in vertical plane. The control panel (joystick) is included in the kit.

TG8 and TG9 Searchlights are equipped with halogen lamps with 1000W power. The body is made of stainless steel. The reflector is made of high quality heat resistant glass with silver amalgam coating. The protective glass is tempered glass resistant to temperature changes. Operating temperature range: -40...+45°C. The floodlight is sealed with silicone and neoprene tubes. Protection class: IP56. Searchlight spread angle is 6°. Luminous flux is 23,000 lumens. The floodlight comes with a 10-year warranty against corrosion.

The projector has the possibility to rotate the direction of the light beam by 20° downwards, 50° upwards and 350° in the horizontal plane. Additionally, the projector can be equipped with the L-600 or L-1000 mast. The TG9 model is equipped with a mechanical control handle.

TG28 and TG28-B Searchlights are equipped with halogen lamps with 2000W power. The body is made of stainless steel. The reflector is made of high quality heat resistant glass with silver amalgam coating. The protective glass is tempered glass resistant to temperature changes. Operating temperature range: -40...+45°C. The floodlight is sealed with silicone and neoprene tubes. Protection class: IP56. Searchlight spread angle is 6°. Luminous flux is 53,000 lumens. The TZ5 Searchlight can be mounted on all types of vessels. This searchlight is suitable for use during navigation and search and rescue operations, especially during transit through the Suez Canal. Its body is made of stainless steel. It contains two tungsten halogen lamps with 2000W power: one is the main lamp and the other is the backup lamp. In case of failure of the main lamp, the backup lamp is automatically activated. A pressure valve is built into the floodlight body to keep the pressure inside the lantern constant.
